I have connected three monitor with my computer having Windows XP operating system. Nowadays it is not starting and displays a message that NCX-2000-XP database is corrupted, and asks me to restore. When I attempt to restore it, it displayed a message that NCX database was not found. Do I have to uninstall or re-install it, if yes, than is it installed automatically, because I don't have the software? How do I get the software from the Internet?

You can perform a restore operation only when you've performed a backup first. If you receive a message regarding the fact that the database was not found it means that there is no backup. However, the only way to download the software for your computer to re-install it is through the contact options available on the official website. Use the contact options to get in contact with support then they will offer you to download a new version of the software.
